CAA Quebec is a non-profit organization that offers its members high quality residential services, as well as automotive, travel and financial services and products. They complete customer satisfaction surveys for each of the business affiliated with them. If you are a CAA member and show your card at the time of service, Electrika will give you a 5% discount off the service rendered.

All electrical panel and main service installations are guaranteed for a period of 3 years. Equipment and Fixtures that are installed in your home are guaranteed for a period of 1 year.
