We were very, very pleased with Electrika's installation of LED lighting in our home. From the people who take customer calls, to John who organized the installation, and to the electricians who carried out the work, all are very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I have to say that being served by a company like Electrika was very refreshing; I have not seen this excellent standard of service and customer care in a long, long time. Congratulations to Electrika! I will be calling again in the future for any additional electrical work!

On Sunday, January 23, the coldest day of the year, a power surge cut off 80% fo the electricity of my 6plex.  Frantic, I searched on the internet at 6:00a.m. for an electrician and fell on your website.  The reason I called was because it flashes "that a real person would answer the phone" and they did.  About an hour later, John came to the door.  He was professional, courteous and quick.  I really felt reassured by his presence and know how.  He explained everything and showed me all his credentials and assured me about the exactitude of cost and time.  He was right on!  The problem was fixed within 24 hours and all is going great.  Thank you for your great service and staff!!

Yesterday your techicians were working at our condo on Ste-Catherine Street West.  They completed the job very satisfactorily and I wanted to let you know we were pleased with their work.  Originally presented as a heating circuit overload, we followed your electrician's recommendations and are relieved to know that the problem was repaired.  Someone owning this unit before us had placed a 4800 Watt heater in the crawl space and a 500 Watt front entrance baseboard unit on a 12 guage wire servicing the circuit.  The circuit wire was warmer than it should have been.  We are grateful he found the problem and saved us a potentially dangerous situation.
